Living on the river has enabled me to see some of the many moods of the river. The four photos below show how fast the mood changes.
The weather radio said there was a possible tornado just North of Oak Point, so I grabbed my camera and went to the waterfront. Wow, I was impressed with the beauty and the power of the impending storm. At one point I was trying to hide inside my golf cart and poking my head out to snap a photo. The golf cart shook enough that I was thinking about getting the heck out of there, but the storm moved on just as fast as it started..

It became a F0 tornado about 8 miles from here.
